Ok so I know I am not the only one who gets excited to pick out my outfits for holidays & special occasions. I am still getting used to dressing my “mom of 3” body & learning that I can still dress how I love, trendy, but have to find new ways (as in cover ups & spanx) ha!
I tried 2 looks for this coming Christmas, which is um Monday. . . where did the year go?
The first look is my version of casual. I paired a slouchy sweater with a lace bralette & some thrifted jeans. I’m a huge fan of gold so the earrings and the bag were a nice pop, especially with the white bralette. Ok if you know me you know leopard is neutral in my eyes. That means I feel like I can wear it with any & EVERYTHING. These leopard boots from Target are 2 years old & still my favorite.
For the face & Hair
I love adding in extensions to make my bun bigger & fuller! I mostly always have some type of hair from Outre Hair. Like I said, I LOVE gold, so adding these gold bobby pins was fun. Plus they served their purpose in holding my 1 million fly aways!
I am so new to this makeup thing. I barely started wearing foundation this year & my friend Kiara recently gave me a lesson on how to use powder. I’m getting there y’all! Here are links to the makeup I used!
For my bronzer, highlight, & contour I used products from Lipsense, find a local distributor! (I am currently selling all of my stock at a discount to get rid of it)
This is my more glam look. I am obsessed with looking fly & feeling comfy. This jumpsuit I got on clearance from Target might be equivalent to pajamas its so comfy! This duster from H&M is a staple in my wardrobe as I wear it way too much. I wish I could have snapped the whole look but my husband was at work & my tripod nearly blew over 50x. I had to save my camera y’all! I paired it with a black clutch, these fun tassel earrings (Rue 21), & some strappy black heels!
For the face & Hair
I used everything from the previous look except a different lipstick & I wore blush. Here are those links!
Whatever you wear, however you do your makeup & hair, be you! I love showing my take on style but even more, I love the diversity in our personal styles. Enjoy Christmas & be you bravely friend!
